Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel a distance purchase within 14 days, counted from the day after the day you take possession of it, without giving a reason. Email to say so, or use the cancellation form below, then send it back within 14 days of telling me.
The refund covers what you paid for the item and the standard outbound postage. It is made to the card you paid with, within 14 days of the item arriving back or of you giving me evidence that you have sent it, whichever comes first. Return postage is yours unless something was wrong with the item.
Send it back as it arrived. If it comes back in a worse state than it left, the refund can be reduced to reflect that, which is the law's wording and also just fair.
Every item is graded from the thing itself and every flaw is photographed. If what arrives does not match the grade or the photographs, that is on the shop, not on you.
Say so and a return label comes by email, along with a full refund including what you paid to have it sent. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you 30 days to reject something that is not as described, and nothing here shortens that.
Worth being plain about the other side of it: a flaw that was named and photographed is part of what you bought. A comic sold as Good with a photographed spine crease is not faulty when it arrives with a spine crease.
Reply to your order email, or write to info@ormr.co.uk, with the order number and what you want to do. There is no form to hunt for and no returns portal to log into.
If you would rather use the statutory form, this is it, reproduced from Schedule 3 of the Regulations. You do not have to use it.

Very little. Everything sold here is second hand and none of it is personalised or made to order, so the usual exemptions rarely apply. Something sold sealed keeps its cancellation right if you open it, but for a sealed collectible the seal is most of what it is worth, and the refund is reduced by what opening it took away. Said here so it is not a surprise.
