Postage is worked out by weight and size, not by a flat fee, so a single comic does not subsidise a boxed console game. The figure is on the item page and again at checkout before anything is paid.

These are Royal Mail counter rates, which is what gets paid at the Post Office and nothing more. Anything up to £75 goes Tracked 48. Anything worth more goes Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, signed for, because Tracked 48 covers a lost or damaged item to £75 and no further, and the right service for a thing is part of its price.
Each item is bought on its own, so there is no basket and each order carries its own postage. If two orders to the same address can still travel together they will, and the postage paid twice comes back to you as the difference, without being asked.
Comics and cards go in a board-stiffened envelope, bagged, flat. Books are wrapped and boxed if the spine needs protecting. Boxed games travel in a box of their own with room around them.
If a parcel turns up damaged, photograph it before opening and reply to the dispatch email, or write to info@ormr.co.uk. That makes a claim straightforward and a replacement or refund quick.
Orders are packed and posted within three working days. Tracked 48 aims for two to three working days after that, though Royal Mail does not guarantee it. Special Delivery, which is what anything over £75 goes by, is next working day by 1pm, and that one is guaranteed.
If nothing has arrived a week after dispatch, email info@ormr.co.uk and it gets chased. Royal Mail will not treat an item as lost until ten working days have passed, which is a rule this shop cannot shortcut, but the chasing starts as soon as you say.
Jersey charges 5% GST on goods arriving from a UK shop that is not registered for it, on anything worth more than £60, and Jersey Customs collect it from you before the parcel is released. It is Jersey's charge, not this shop's, and this shop cannot collect it or include it. If you are in Jersey and the thing is over £60, expect to pay it on arrival.
Nothing is sent outside the UK at the moment. Customs paperwork, duties and the risk of loss make it a poor deal for a shop this size and a worse one for you.
